Unable to scan password protected - Alerts

How do I disable the reporting of these events to ePO?

I have ePO 4.0 on the server, and VSE 8.5 HF4 on the clients.

I have 600 clients and when I view the home screen on epo, I see 100,000+ alerts a day, and 99%+ are all these bogus alerts.

I want to disable the reporting of these alerts, so I can get a REAL picture of ACTUAL alerts.

Please help!

I'm pretty sure that Patch 4 was supposed to fix this :confused:

If you look under the policy that you're pushing for VSE85, under "on access general policies", navigate to the reports tab and uncheck "failure to scan encrypted files"

Do report back on if that fixes the issue, please.

Ok, I unchecked that box and pushed it to all my clients... I will report back whether it works or not. 🙂

Thanks
