Unable to login to ePO 3.6.1

Hi All...

Have a client who is unable to login to his epo console , he has the correct name and password but when trying to login to the console it says the server is not responding please check all the info is correct and ePolicy Orchestrator Server service is running...

Any ideas?

Restart the Services

Had this issue on version 4, so I am making the assumption that version 3.6.1 is similar.

Goto the services manager on your server and look for the McAfee Application server, make sure this is running, if it is it may be worthwhile restarting it.

Have you rebooted the server.
