Unable to log on to the ePolicy Orchestrator 4.x console

Unable to log onto the ePolicy Orchestrator 4.x console (SQL/ePolicy Orchestrator services timing problem):

Unable to restart McAfee ePO 4.x.x.x Event Parser. It hangs for a few minutes and this pops up:

 

I am able to get to configure database settings and test DB connection. Also, removed folders from installed directory, after rebooting the box I continue to receive http 500 internal server error.

You posted this in a spot exclusively for help using the community.  Nobody there would know anything about ePO, so I moved it.

OK the questions hasn't been answered so have unmarked it as such. I also moved it again to the main ePO section as, on second thoughts, I think that would probably get you an answer faster.
