No, I didn't. When creating a query in ePO, only the UTC column is available. I suppose you may be able to create your own SQL query to run outside of ePO. You'd have to figure out the table names and relationships. I didn't have time to mess with that.
Their is no way to display events written to the ePO DB in local time. If this functionality is important to you I would encourage you to submit a feature modification request. You can do that here:
