The local events Analyzer service is not running. because?

On the home screen I get this message when I try to restart the service again and again, can you tell me why?

It's hard to tell what's wrong looking at only this screenshot.

What events do you get in the windows event log?

What error messages are logged in the "eventparser.log" file?

A good chance it is a permission issue. Start by looking at the following log file for cues: <epo directory>\db\logs\eventparser.log

Could be because apache has not fully started yet if this is happening after reboot.

Acid test there would be to wait 15 to 20 minutes after reboot and see if the service can be started then.

If so then you have the issue described in support article KB71568.

You should also look at KB76044 to see if it matches the symptoms after you have reviewed the eventparser.log at time of error.
