Jump to solution

Hello,

I would like to setup a task to move  servers from our Deployment folder to their perspective region once they have the latest ENS and Agent. How do I go by about?

You can run a query for systems in that folder that have ens and latest agent - set the query type as a table.  Once you have the query, then set up a server task to run that query and as secondary option, move systems to desired container.  If they go into different containers, then that gets a little more complicated.  The steps involved would depend a lot on how your system tree is set up, tagging options, sorting criteria enabled/disabled, etc.  You might want to call into support to get some assistance and options that would match your environment.

Yes, we do have different containers based on region, OS type and OAS Enabled/disabled.

we will create a SR. I am assuming this should go to ePO team correct?

I used your suggestion to create the task. I tested and works. Told the tech who owns my SR to close it 🙂
