Solidcore for Linux 6.3.0.242 Upgrade on RHEL OS

Upgrading Solidcore for Linux 6.3.0.242:

-Run client task now and confirm that installation completed

-SSH/log onto Linux Server and grep for solidcore

-if previous version of Solidcore is present, run sadmin status if * is seen at solidcore state a reboot is required

-once rebooted confirm the reboot flag has cleared by re-running sadmin status. confirm that the desired version is seen

-run service scsrvc restart(enter), and then run  /etc/init.d/ma restart(enter) and then run /opt/McAfee/cma/bin/cmdagent -c(enter), run /opt/McAfee/cma/bin/cmdagent -e(enter), run /opt/McAfee/cma/bin/cmdagent -f(enter) and run /opt/McAfee/cma/bin/cmdagent -p(enter). The desired Solidcore for Linux should be viewable in the ePO Console, installed products.

The agent logs in /var/McAfee/agent/logs will show any errors collecting properties or if the agent is failing to talk to the point product.  I would check those first.  If you can't find cause in the logs, then I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee so we can investigate.  You also might want to check server or agent handler logs to see if there are any errors receiving props from the client.
