Show Agent Log

When in EPO I can not get any results when clicking on "Show Agent Log". I am not in an AD environment, but my agents are communicating without issue. EPO is 4.0.0 (Build: 1113) running on W2K3 SP1. Most agents are 4.0.0.1345 running on WXP.

Any help would be appreciated.

in the macfee agent policies under the logging section do you have the

Enable remote access to log

option enabled?

Yes, I have it Enabled and I have Enable remote access enabled. The only thing that does not have a check mark is the enabled detail logging. I have my default message lines at 200KB.

AT the EPo server after pinging to check machine is online....

can you manually bring up the log in ie using?

http://%hostname%:%comm port you chose%

if not can you bring it up using the ip instead of the hostname?

if you cant do either have you allowed access for this port on your routers?
