Server is not responding

Hello all,

Let me apologize up from for my newbish questions... My co-worker who maintained the EPO server for us. Had a stroke and will not be back. So i have been asked to take over his duties. One of them was the management of the EPO server.

I log into the server just fine. When try to access the ePolicy Orchestrator. and get the logon screen. I enter:

Servername
My domain account
Password
https Port (defaulted to 8443)

when i click on OK i have another windows that opens that says:

The server is not responding. Please verify the following:
1. Logon Information is Correct
2. The NEtwork is running correctly
3. ePolicy Orchestrator server is running

i have looked through the forums and looked at most of the relevant posts. I have added the server into the trusted sites and still have no luck.

here is several lines from the consol.log

Check out this KB.

https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB59219&actp=search&searchid=1244749189310

The problem described in the KB is exactly what is showing in your log file.
