Hi, I am trying to schedule an on demand scan via the ePO. Version of the ePO is 220.127.116.113. I created a new client task under the system tree assuming it will all work. However, it hasn’t. I checked the on demand logs, but had no luck. Could some with a good knowledge about ePO could show me the right direction?
Thanks for the prompt response. Yes, I configured the rule correctly by targetting the correct VSE. However, it is not visible at the client end yet. any clue?
Can you send an Agent Wakeup to the client and "Force complete policy and task update". Then post the Agentlog here (the file, not from the output in the webinterface).
