Not much experience with Solid Core - perhaps, check supported OS versions with your solid core version McAfee Corporate KB - REDIRECTED - Supported platforms, environments, and operating systems for Appl... or maybe check out the Solidcore_Installer.log and solidcore_setup.log files under %SYSTEMROOT%. (if they are created).
my OS is compatible with my solidcore version,
I deleted packages and add it again and it fixed , but in some of my systems it is not fixed and install task failed, where is the solidcore logs in epo ?
which other McAfee Products are already installed on the System? You may check this if Solidcore Version 220.127.116.113 is compatible with the other products.
Also, if you are using the latest Agent versions the SysCore might not be compatible with this Version of solidcore.
Is this your first machine where you see this Problem or is this a Problem on any endpoint?
The other of my products are epolicy 5.3,Agent 5.0 and virus scan enterprise 8.8. some of my endpoint systems are window 8 and some of are windows 10, it work correctly on windows 8 but in some of windows 10 it works correctly despite of compatibility and in the others it become failed.
MACC 7.0.x or higher is recommended for either Windows 10 (Desktop and IOT Enterprise) or Windows 10 Anniversary (Desktop and IOT Enterprise) ... MACC 6.1.3 MAY work - yet not recommended nor supported; potentially creating spotty install results and/or MACC issues/errors on Win10 devices.
