Re: Rogue System Sensor Detects as Printer

Excuse me. I meant that I have to write oui-codes manually in Rouge Sensor config for excluding vendors printers. So if I set one oui-code (as Cisco F4BD9E ) I will have excluding any Cisco routers during next scan. May be not?

Re: Rogue System Sensor Detects as Printer

Possibly, but not all cisco devices may have the same vendor ID - it all depends on how many network cards Cisco has developed with possibly different oui's. It would not be a bad thing anyway if all cisco devices are excluded, as you wouldn't want routers and switches also being detected.

Re: Rogue System Sensor Detects as Printer

ok, do it by another way.

I set subnet 192.168.0.0/16 for exclusion scan in Rogue System Sensor.

Why I get in "Unknow Subnet" section hosts with 192.168.x.x ?

Re: Rogue System Sensor Detects as Printer

It all depends on how your subnets are actually defined in your network.  If you don't have a 192.168.0.0/16 subnet actually defined on your network, it will show as unknown.  The sensor detects what the actual subnets are.
