Regarding Email Server Configuration issue

Hi Team, We are not able to export the reports via "Email file as attachments option". Mail ID is there in contact's list. Even we have sent the test mail and we got the successful notification. But the mail is not delivered to our mail box. We need a webex session to discuss about this issue. Expecting reply asap.

Hi User88409419,

If you expect a 'webex' session you will need to call support to make such arrangements, and have them read your logs and assist as needed.
