Hi all, I have the same problem. Anyone have a solution to fix it?
I am waiting for some new agent version or maybe installer version that fixes this. In the meantime because of the escalation my support case was closed.
Why would your SR be closed because of an escalation? Can you send me your case number in private message please?

@Hieu_Nguyen @ISmith I would recommend that you either reach out again to Technical Support or please direct your question to the ePO/McAfee Agent community forums pages as the members monitoring there will be better equipped to assist with MA registration & installation issues than here in the VSE channels.
