In my ePO, (version 5.3.0), I have a number of servers in different locations which does not show AV being installed in the Products tab but is installed on the server and shows the latest DAT file.
The agent installed in each server is 220.127.116.115.
I can "show agent log" and each server responds to an agent wake up etc.
There are other servers in these locations and there is no issue with those displaying the product information.

can u show or update screen short of your exact problem because i am unable to understand what is exact problem.product is not showing epo or agent is not showing in client
some times agents are unable to send the events to EPO server that's way it not showing in EPO.
uninstall the agent and re install click on collect and send events then it shows in epo
