We have a system having mcafee agent 220.127.116.110 & ENS 10.5.3 installed but on EPO we are seeing only mcafee agent and not ENS under system properties.We uninstalled and reinstalled mcafee products but still its showing only mcafee agent.
Check the agent logs on the client. Are there any lpc errors or failures for the agent and point product communcation? You might want to test ma 5.6 - don't go to 5.5.1 with that version of agent, or you might run into issue as in KB90914. Test also with later version of ens. With some versions of agent and ens, there may be some timeout issues between the agent and point product where ens takes too long to respond to agent requests.
