Problem syncync with registered server

Jump to solution

We have epo 5.0.1 on the domain.  When trying to sync with active directory, when I press the browse button, I get the following error message:

"The Registered LDAP Server has either been removed or otherwise does not exist."

I´m trying with a registered server, using it when setting up the syncronization type option.

Any idea?

Sounds like the issue i was having. My issue turned out to be my multiple domains. My test domain is not have a trust to my production domain. this is not a supported config by Mcafee (even though it worked in 4.6). I have to either create a trust or spin up a different EPO server.

after I deleted the second domain from the registered ldap servers it worked.
