Problem on Update Policies on ePO Agent 3.6.0

Hello to everybody. I need to run an executable file after every update on all PC in my organization. So I went in ePolicy Orchestrator and I opened the configuration policy relative to ePO Agent 3.6.0 as you can see on the following screen capture:

The problem is that this option is not applied on VirusScan. I can't understand why. If I change another option in this policy (for example the option "show tray icon") it works. Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance.

That looks very much like ePO v3.6/ 3.6.1 which is no longer supported.

You need to upgrade your ePO version to 4.0 or 4.5 (preferably)

Re: Problem on Update Policies on ePO Agent 3.6.0

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately at the moment we have to use this version because the upgrade of epo will be scheduled later, maybe next year. But you mean that this is a problem of the version 3.6?

No, you *really* need to upgrade ASAP. v3.6/ 3.6.1 is no longer supported and will not be receiving updates.

I would like to upgrade but is the manager of the company IS services that decide!

I don't think that the update is free, right?

Re: Problem on Update Policies on ePO Agent 3.6.0

if you have a valid grant number then the upgrade is free.

It depends if they have paid for the licenses or not.
