Hi, I have installed and configured Deep Command 220.127.116.111 in our ePO 4.6.8 environment, all the AMT actions work however I can't get the Endpoint Encryption Out of Band actions(Remediation/unlock PBA/User management) to work, what should I be looking for? any help would be much appreciated.
Were you able to create a SOL session to the client from ePO.
Also try to do a OOB unlock one more time and send the amtservice.log and server.log file generated in ePO at <InstalDir>/db/logs
Yes I am able to create a SOL session, and I have also enabled the encryption product policy to enable the OOB...the machine I am testing on has AMT Version 9.5.15, I have seen another post on the forum someone was having a similar problem with version 9 but was working with version 7 and 8...I am trying the other two versions now, will keep you posted.
Ok here are the results of testing different AMT versions, OOB does not work with version 9 and 10 and works fine with version 7 and 8, I wonder if anyone else can verify and advise.
