Why would just one PC try to put from a differnet Repo?

As a very simplified answer, because it thinks it has to   In other words something is making it choose that repo to udpate from: for example that particular repo may be closer (if you're using ping time or subnet distance to determins the closest repo.) Or the desired repo could be offline or unavailable when the machine tries to update, causing it to move on to the next.

Check the agent log for more information - it may tell you why a particular repo was chosen (for example the others could be out of date, or unavailable, and so on.)
