I noticed that the On-demand Scan is running at completely wrong time .
-Run Missed Scan option is Unchecked.
- McAfee Support was not able to resolve the issue .
What Agent version? This is a known issue in some circumstances in Agent 5.0.2 or earlier and is resolved in 5.0.3 or higher.
How many systems? If a single or small number of systems, have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Agent? I've found that that can fix the issue if it's a one-off type problem.

Agent Version is 5.0.4 , VSE 8.8
Number of System - more then 20. No, we have not tried uninstall/reinstall as we are managing the task from the EPO itself.
The scan are set to run on weekends, but are running on weekdays as well.
-We have unchecked the option to run miss task
- Randomization is in few hours
I've not seen that specifically on 5.0.4. Try reinstalling the Agent. I have had cases where the Agent gets the wrong time zone information and runs on a completely wrong schedule. Agent controls the VSE tasks, so that's why it's related here.
When did you deploy agent and vse?
One of the fixes in the latest hotfix for McAfee Agent 5.0.5 is this:
"VSE On Demand Scan with the run missed task option was running at unscheduled times. Now this task runs as scheduled."
