On-Access Low Risk Processes

I have added directories the exclusion list that I don't want scanned and applied the policy. 3 out of the 4 servers the exclusions are working, but of them it doesn't seem to work. I've checked the settings and they're all the same on the other servers. Any ideas why this one server excluded directories is still being scanned?

Re: On-Access Low Risk Processes

Hi

Can you confirm that the Policy has applied to the Server which has not applied the Folder Exclusion by checking in the VirusScan Console.

Right Click On-Access Scanner>Properties>Process Category (Default/Low/High)>Exclusions Tab then click Exclusions Button to list defined Policy.

Richard Symantec Tech note mentioned that this KB could be the culprit. Microsoft Exchange Security Patch KB959897 installed on the DA server.” http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH58702
