OSX Agent 5.6.2.209 installation fails

Have an OSX system at 10.12.6 and Agent 5.5.1.374

Tried to install Agent 5.6.2.209

Agent_Upgrade log has an entry -

"MA is supported on macOS version 10.14.0 and higher"

KB51573 says Agent 5.6.2.209 is supported all the way back to OSX 10.9.

What am I missing?

As per KB, it's supported.

How are you upgrading MA (locally/pushing from ePO)? Try to upgrade locally with the help of install.sh (install.sh -u). Terminal log will help us in understanding the cause for failure.

Yes I initially tried pushing from ePO

Manual install via terminal gives the same error - MA supported on 10.14.0 and higher.

Changed MA 5.6.2 macOS supported column. Several macOS entries changed to not supported.
