Need to delete redundant indexes found on EPO database

Hi Team, We have found redundant indexes on EPO database. We need to know can we delete the same from the Database or not. Attaching the details.

One is a clustered index, the other is unique and non-clustered in one example that I saw.  So if they are not custom created indexes by a customer, then no, do not modify them.
