MyAvert setting gives Unexpected error EPO 4.5

When I try to set the MyAvert setting to update every x minutes, when I choose OK I get a 'An unexpected error occurred.' error message. After clicking OK, it looks like the new setting is active, but it isn't working. I am monitoring the ISA server, but there is no traffic.

Basically the MyAvert setting just broke down somehow. I already rebooted the server, and looked through the logging to find something, but am unable to find a cause for this.

Does anyone have a solution for this? I recently did a new install of EPO 4.5 with patch 4 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.

Hi...

Usually an error like this indicates a problem with the database - I would recommend opening a case with support as we'll probably need to see your DB to fix this.

Regards -

Thanks Joe. Fortunately it's not an urgent case for me, the rest is working like it should
