We are aware of the problem and the developers are working on a fix for it. In the meantime I have written a KB article describing a workaround that allows the migration tool to complete successfully - as soon as this is published by the knowledge base team (hopefully tomorrow) I will update this thread with a link to it.
Also check folder C:\Program Files (x86)\McAfee\ePolicy Orchestrator\DB\Events\Debug, mine contained more then 50.000 files. (.evt files)
I cleaned it out and now it is working for me.
