Dear Community People,
I my company environment previously I installed ePo server and deployed agents on different subnets. All were communicated well with ePo server. But last week I changed ePo server's IP to new. Now agents are not communicating with the server.
When I check one of the agent by giving "sudo /opt/McAfee/cma/bin/cmdagent -i" it displays previous server IP. This is Linux server (oracle Linux).
How Can I get my agents communicate with ePo server ??. All the required ports (8081,8082,443) are open from firewall end.
Agent Handler is working well and agents are identifying according to FQDN,NetBIOS,IP address order.
Anyone can help me that will be much thankful

, select few systems on ePO system tree, see if you are able to wake them up from ePO interface. if that fails, you need to flush dns cache from those systems. If you have active directory, it's fairly easy. since ePO security keys has not changed, agents should communicate with same ePO without reinstalling. it's probably a network / dns related issue. just need to do basic troubleshooting and confirm where the issue is.
run this command on a workstation and try to do collect and send props:
also for verification, do nslookup on your ePO server from the workstation.
For this I sorted out this by adding ePo Host name to every agent's host file. After adding host details to agent's host file agent will started communicating with the server.
Because In ePo it identified agent by following oder (Anyone can change this order)
