Our ePO seems taking long time to loading and going to dashboard
This happen after we login into ePO

There are a number of things that can cause these kinds of performance issues - it really depends on the symptoms you're seeing, for example is it only slow when performing certain operations in the console?
A common cause of this kind of issue is index fragmentation in the ePO database: regular DB maintenance is a recommended procedure. See the following KB for details:
