Do you see excessive number of events accumulated into \DB\events folder or in \debug folder?

If yes, then

1. Please stop event parser service.

2. Rename \Events folder to \Events_old

3. Start event parser service.

This will create new Events folder, reproduce the issue (accessing websites). Is this making any difference?

By any chance, is DB full?

Do you try to access any of the blocked website? Once you access only then event will be created, will be parsed to ePO database and will display under Dashboard.

I will check event parser log  (\epo\db\logs) if it fails to parse events to database.
