McAfee Epo Agent will not install on client machine
I've been trying to install McAfee Epo Agent onto a client PC that has no Anti-virus software currently installed. The Epolicy Orchestrator lets me add the computer to the tree-listing and also allows the agent to be sent to the host PC. The agent runs (once I force it to using a command prompt window) but about halfway through the installation process the agent monitor displays in red text "Info: Agent service is now stopped" and suddenly closes down the installation window and removes all file from the C:\Program Files\McAfee\Common Framework.
Has anybody ever experienced this fault and if so is there a solution to the problem?
Re: McAfee Epo Agent will not install on client machine
I've already tried doing that but it doesn't seem to make any difference to the installation process. I'm running and Dell Optiplex 330 with a Dell customised image of an OS, I've heard Dell machines are a bit tempermental when coupled with McAfee software.
