McAfee Agent going into self protection

Has anyone seen this?

2017-04-12 20:29:14.106 macmnsvc(3328.3380) aac_service.Info: The process <C:\PROGRAM FILES\MCAFEE\AGENT\X86\MCTRAY.EXE>(3312) was blocked from accessing('CREATE' (1)) <AAC_OBJECT_SECTION:C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\QFINITI\QFINITI DESKTOP\QTRIGGER.DLL> via the rule <Sanitize McTray Process>

Could you specify which Product you are referring to please? I can then move it to a more appropiate area for assistance.

This isn't that unusual.  There are lots of applications that try to inject DLLs into other processes.  In this case, it looks like Qfiniti Desktop is injecting a DLL into the McAfee Agent tray app.  McAfee doesn't like that, and stops it.  It shouldn't be an issue.

Same answer than Tkinkead. this could be normal. i had this event quite a lot with 2 or 3 applications last year. Selft protection mecanism is rejecting the injection. Not a real issue.
