What's the error message in the server task log?
In the log it should have a line for the 'Update Master Repository' task which will have a status of 'failed'. Drill down to find the reason why it failed.
Try to open below said link using IE browser on ur ePO server then try to check wether your receiving last check failed or not

I checked my Firewall but I forgot checked TMG (M$ Proxy).

Hi konrad, as lakshmanans told you should check if you can access this url from your epo server, otherwise a firewall is blocking port 8801 to the internet (or you have a problem with your proxy server)
