Master Repository not Updating - Failed with error

Has anyone experience this issue

Failed to download file catalog.z from site update.nai.com:80, error code 403 (The process is not in background processing mode)

I have tried the address on IE and got Index directory file list..

Tried to pull manually and got this error - Failed to download site status file

I experienced same error yesterday but rebuild the master repository, run update and even pull manually and all was fine.

Checked again today, got same error, won't update as scheduled.

Also on the Dashboard - ePO Summary I noticed the Available list not coming up, only the package name|Type|My Repository displaying the content list

Any idea why guys!

I managed to resolve by deleting the whole repository and recreate it. How that is different to what I did earlier, i don't know. but working ok since

Hi Fademidun, do you have a perimetral firewall so you can check what happens when ePO tries to connect to McAfee?
