Identity Management team was cleaning up AD accounts and deleted the AD account used to connect ePO to the SQL database. My credentials do not have access to the database in SSRS. There are no other accounts that can be used to access the database in SSRS.
Is it possible to perform some manual manipulations (physically moving DB, MDF, LDF, etc.) to a new DB instance that I do have access to?

As stated by @hem, you can follow the KB article KB68427. Since you do not have complete rights, I would recommend you take help from your respective SQL/Database team. They should be able to help you.
On the other hand, you can create an AD account as it use to be earlier and try accessing it. For this I am sure you will have to go through your company process.
