Windows Firewall is already disabled, we use Symantec Endpoint Protection on all hosts.
Then disbale that firewall.
Basically a firewall of any type will block the remote agent install.
See if you can connect to the hidden share of the PC that you are having issues on.
The agent deployment uses the hidden share to copy the install files. Also make sure the account you are using to deploy the agent has local admin rights.
