For superagent repositories, since the client is offline and can't send back props that it is no longer a repository, you would need to delete the system from the system tree, then restart epo services to rebuild the sitelist.  That will remove it.

Hello @AllanRO ,

If the repository is offline, then you need to change the policy of client system which is pointing to that repository to take update from a different repository.

Open EPO > Menu > Policy Catalog > McAfee Agent > Repository policy > delete or disable the repository which is not in use and enable another repository assigned to systems.

Send a wake up agent to all the clients, repository policy will be update.

Once done, Open EPO > Menu > Distributed repository > select the repository which is offline and delete it.

I already disabled the repository of the policy applied in the system tree. But it still remains a super agent.

The EPO version is 5.9.1. The distributed repository is a super agent.
