We are in the process of testing the VirusScan 8.8i Hotfix 1087536. In the past you had to perform a SQL query to see which systems actually installed the hotfix. However, the documentation for this hotfix mentions to check the client properties in ePO. I went to the client under ePO and see that the hotfix field is blank. The hotfix is installed as did check the registry key on the client system. Why does it not show under ePO as what the documentation states. The system has been rebooted and the collect and send properties sent.

You're looking at the Agent properties. On that screen, click on "VirusScan Enterprise" and then look for "Fixes" (not "Hotfix/Patch Version" and not "Hotfixes", those both display the Patch version, not installed hotfixes).
