How to apply root certificate to user after EPO upgrade

Hi All,

I have question regarding Certificate manager

I have regenerate root Certificate, now 58% of user got certificate and 42% remain

so Is there any way to apply certificate to those 42% remained users??

I appreciate for you guidance

@Ulfat If you have activated the new certificate it will be applied to all the agents. However, if you have not activated the certificate, then the old one will be in place. I think you have activated the new certificate in your case, this gradually distributes to all agents. I would like you to refer the KB article for more information. KB87017

@Ulfat 

If the new certificate is generated, you should not activate it immediately, we should wait for the end points to communicate with the ePO just to ensure they receive the new certificate. So in your case the 48% of machines should be communicate to complete the 100%. So I wish you will need to wait for the communication to be completed.

Thank you!

Now is possible to cancel the migration and regenerate again, then need to wait for sometimes the % close to 100 then activate

If above procedure is correct then I need to proceed but first waiting for your suggestion

@Ulfat Dear Ultaf, the above procedure is cent percent correct, I would suggest you to wait, no need to go back and repeat the process. All it require is to complete the communication.
