How to add my licenses

Hello, i purchased McAfee licenses (40 Threat Protection and 10 Business) I wonder how to add them into my business account (trial) Account: cis@eumm.eu Thank you for support. Bogdan Manea

Okay In that case I would recommend you to create a Service Request with support for same.

Hello @User26729587 ,

First you have to login to https://www.mcafee.com/enterprise/en-us/downloads/my-products.html

1.with you grant number and email address, you will be getting your license key from here. If there are multiple licenses then select the first one in the list.

2.once you obtain the license open epo console > Menu > server settings> licenses> enter new license and save it.

3. EPO> Menu> Server Tasks > Download Software Product List > run > this will update all your products in software catalog.

once done run the Master repository pull now.

Thank you, but I want to use the public cloud version of Orchestrator not the on-premise.

Please advise.

Okay for cloud epo below are the steps:

  1. From the McAfee ePO Cloud console, open the Subscription page: select Menu  My Account  Subscriptions.
  2. Click Add licenses from another account.
  3. Enter the details of the other account.
     
    Using Grant number Use log on credentials
    1. Enter the email address and company name.
    2. Enter the grant number.
    1. Select click here from the Note.
    2. Enter the credentials to the other account.
  4. Click Submit.

Well, it would say: "Invalid customer details."

I am using the company name and the Grant number as written in the document.

Any thoughts?
