Re: How do I "see" if Extra.DAT is installed?

I'm running ePO 4.6.2 (Build: 234). If this is the build you have and you don't see it, check to make sure your extensions are up to date.

Re: How do I "see" if Extra.DAT is installed?

Ugh. I errored in my post. I'm running 4.6.0.1029 not 4.6.2.1029. My bad, sorry. Perhaps if I updated I'd see the properties you describe? I'll have to get up to speed now. Thank you again for your help.

Here is the exported query as well as the SQL if you get to upgrade your ePO.

select count(*) as 'count', [BooleanPieChart_Alias].[ChartColor], [BooleanPieChart_Alias].[ChartColor] from ( select ( case when ( ( ( [EPOProdPropsView_EPOAGENT].[verProductMajor] > 4 ) or ( [EPOProdPropsView_EPOAGENT].[verProductMajor] = 4 and [EPOProdPropsView_EPOAGENT].[verProductMinor] >= 0 ) ) and ( [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[verDAT32Major] >= 6806 ) and ( ( [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[verProductMajor] > 8 ) or ( [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[verProductMajor] = 8 and [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[verProductMinor] >= 5 ) ) ) then 1 when ( not ( ( ( [EPOProdPropsView_EPOAGENT].[verProductMajor] > 4 ) or ( [EPOProdPropsView_EPOAGENT].[verProductMajor] = 4 and [EPOProdPropsView_EPOAGENT].[verProductMinor] >= 0 ) ) and ( [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[verDAT32Major] >= 6806 ) and ( ( [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[verProductMajor] > 8 ) or ( [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[verProductMajor] = 8 and [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[verProductMinor] >= 5 ) ) ) )  then 0 else -1  end ) as ChartColor from [EPOLeafNode] left join [EPOProdPropsView_EPOAGENT] on [EPOLeafNode].[AutoID] = [EPOProdPropsView_EPOAGENT].[LeafNodeID] left join [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN] on [EPOLeafNode].[AutoID] = [EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN].[LeafNodeID] where  ( [EPOLeafNode].[LastUpdate] between '2012-08-21T12:20:37.549' and '2012-08-21T13:20:37.549' )  ) as BooleanPieChart_Alias group by [BooleanPieChart_Alias].[ChartColor] order by [BooleanPieChart_Alias].[ChartColor] desc

I've placed the XML export here: http://ge.tt/1wt9vLM/v/0?c

Re: How do I "see" if Extra.DAT is installed?

In ePO 4.6.2.234 and 4.6.3.197 the import fails.

In think the reason why this is failing is because the EPOProdPropsView_VIRUSCAN no longer includes the extra.dat version field.

Re: How do I "see" if Extra.DAT is installed?

What is the version of VirusScan Reports extension and VirusScan 8.8 extensions installed?

Have a look at this thread for some advice: https://community.mcafee.com/message/243303#243303
