Adding the additional products shouldn't increase the epo server drive space significantly - you have to account for extensions and products checked in the master repository.  One thing to consider for drive space is future upgrades.  We recommend having at least 3 times the size of the epo install directory free, so you might want to allow for that.

Additionally, the product and/or install guides give system requirements.  There are also some best practices docs that might help.  See kb90961, sns1829 and pd26432 (support.mcafee.com).

One of the things to keep in mind also is the recommendations for 8g minimum ram is not installed ram, but available ram.  I would highly recommend increasing ram - doubling it should be fine.  One thing to not, when you change the ram on the system, you also have to update the jvmmx allocation for java that epo uses.  It needs to be half the installed ram.  See KB71516 for how to do that.  Be sure to back up that registry key before making modifications.
