Generate SSL Certificate for ePO

I would know how can a make a request to generate a ssl certificate for ePO server. 

please help me

Hi @jrojas14,

Kindly please find below the steps that should help you with the query.

1. You have to create a key and the CSR file from this KBA.
2. Then, you can submit that CSR file to your third-party CA or Enterprise CA.
3. They will give you Cert file , if there are multiple certs then that can be merged in one p7b file.
4. Upload this p7b or cert file to ePO.

Your ePO will then use your custom certificate to authenticate with your browser, please make sure that same cert is uploaded to your trust authorities in your browser.

There are multiple ways to generate a certificate, but you need to get the private key first to sign it with to send the csr to CA. Whatever method you use is ok as long as it is generated properly. The KB is a guideline, but you can research other methods.

You will also use that private key you generate when you check your generated cert into epo.

i just need to create the key and the CSR with Open ssl, and then i has to use it with my Enterprise CA ?
