Fresh ePO 4.6.1 install with Agent handler IP showing as APIPA address

Jump to solution

I did not recieve any errors during install.

Has anyone ever encountered this, how did you correct?

Besides this, everything appears to be functioning okay. Did I miss a known issue or patch?

ePO was installed on a 2008 R2 with SQL 2008 on some box. (VM)

AHA!

I have answered my own question. For anybody interested, for some odd reason it was grabbing the APIPA from the second NIC #2, reserved for OOB for this environment.

I just disabled that NIC #2 and restarted the VM so all it saw was NIC #3 (static set)

Pay it forward.
