You stated that you have two systems with the test policy.

The screenshot states that the policy is only assigned to one system.

Okay,

so the policy works, the communication works, but we have a problem with this one machine.

Can you please reinstall agent and vse on the testsystem?

I already have reinstall agent and vse

Edit: I have reinstall the agent again, at this time via epo (add system). Reinstall was successfull, but still the policy problem.

Edit2: Reinstall VSE -> same result

Edit3: Got it ...

enforcing.JPG

Enforcement was set to "not enforcing" ... Now the Policies was applied

What is "not enforcing" for?

Assuming you have agent 5.x, try agent 4.8. Many comms issues with 5.x including some things coming through, and some not...

Re: Exclusions dosn´t work

Not enforcing would be if you don´t want certain systems to receive new plolicies when they contact the ePO or AH.

For example if you have a global policy for a new agenthandler but certain system should still communicate with the old one.

This should be soloved different but could be a scenario
