Exceptions keep appearing

Hello All, I have 8 exceptions which at least once a week appear back in the rogue list. has anyone experienced this? if so how did you resolve this? Regards,

What version of RSD are you running - client and extension version, and version & patch/update level of epo?

Client: 5.6.3

EPO: ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 Update 6

RSD Version: 5.0.6.125

 

I'm unsure how to check extension version.

Go to the menu in epo console, software, extensions and you should see rsd listed there (as rogue system detection).

Please open a ticket with RSD since this will require some specific info that should not be posted on a public forum.  Here is the info we will need.

Debug logging for rsd on the sensor or sensors detecting the exceptions - see kb92054.

Screenshots of system properties, especially mac & IP address info.

Screenshots of the exceptions list.

Mer from sensor system reporting the exception, as well as one from epo (mer.mcafee.com).  When you run the mer, be sure to right-click and run as administrator and don't choose all products - choose the specific products to collect for, such as on the sensor system - choose mcafee agent, rsd.  On epo server just choose epo.
