Holla ..

Due to user had been deleted from epo , all issue seen, and we managed to fix it with help of support team . They just ran some Query in DB and replaced some value to fix it.

Hi Cemex,

What is the error message you are you getting in TIE Topology Management.

What is the ePO and TIE version. How many TIE server are you using.

I'm getting this same error after running the Update 6 installation. On hold waiting for support now.

Hi Woody ,

Just check if the extension is working or not ,  support team not shared the solution, they said it can't be shared.

I have a multi-ePO set up and after Update 6 I had to re-sync the TIE server from the other ePO installation using the TIE Server Synchronize Topology from the other ePO where TIE is connected. All is well now.
