We have the agent 22.214.171.12420 and the agent policy has the option unticked for only accept connections from the epo server (attached screenshot), I have forced the clients to update. I have tried on numerous clients and I am unable to view remote logs on the clients.
I have also tried to create new policies and no affect. Its driving me mad trying to get it to work.
Any help would be grateful.

I'll Suggest to uncheck the Super Agent wake-up call and navigate to Logging tab.
And enable the Agent Activity log moreover select the Enable the detailed logging and remote access to log.
Agent 5.0 is really buggy!!!!!
But, if the screenshot is your actual policy, you should activate "show the McAfee system tray icon".
