We don't have any list, but the support center extension has health checks in it.  It won't be a complete health check, but covers some main points, such as cpu, memory, database checks, etc.

Here are things that I typically check when I do any health check.  Pro services may have a list that they use, but that is a paid engagement.

check server and agent handler logs for errors that may need resolved
check for too many debug events in folder and see what type events they are
clear out old logs and unnecessary files, including any backup files stored in the epo directory that may affect any upgrades
memory and cpu usage on epo, agent handlers, and sql servers
check for proper AV exclusions on epo and sql servers
check sql server logs for any errors
check specs on epo and sql servers to ensure sufficient resources
check repository usage to ensure adequate distribution
check client and server task schedules and settings for best optimization
check repository content and extension versions to ensure using latest to cover any known issues
ensure permission sets are sufficient for allowing non-admins to perform their duties
policy review for AV settings for optimizing policies and reducing overhead with too many policies and exclusions for easier policy maintenance

There may be more, but that's all I can think of for now.
