I'm currently evaluating the EPO Software and am having problems deploying the agent to laptops with Checkpoint VPN Software installed (R65)
Has anyone got any suggestions on how to get round this, apart from stopping the VPN software (which does work, but can't be done remotely), as I would potentially have 350 machines to do that on.
Can you expand a bit more on the problem? Are the agents completely failing to install, or are they installing but not communicating?
Are there any entries in the logs that seem relevant?
It only allows the installation after I stop the Checkpoint VPN Client - once the agent is installed it then works.
It will deploy AV etc once the checkpoint is restarted, it just won't deploy the initial agent.
It shows in the epo console as a timeout.
