im using EPO 4.6 and Encryption version 6.2 and getting this error in the user audit log on the server after trying to reset a users token?
the only way to get around it is to delete the users profile on the machine, unassign the user, reset the token, then re-add
any ideas why this keeps happening to users?
also we are having to perform mulitple token resets for users as McAfee does seem to be remembering some users passwords?
